DAY 12 CHALLENGE: 50 HIGH KNEES ON EACH SIDE, TOTAL 100. 20 SECOND SQUAT HOLD REPEAT THE HIGH KNEES AND SQUAT HOLD FOR 6 ROUNDS CONSISTANTLY. Maybe make a random person do this challenge with you or do it in a new location. Just an idea :p. How will you make it different? WHEN HOLDING A SQUAT, YOULL GO DOWN THE LISTS OF SENTENCES THAT YOULL HAVE TO SAY OUT LOUD. 1ST sentence for 1st squat hold: Failure will never over take me 2ND sentence for 2nd squat hold: I dont care about excuses, I just do it 3RD sentence for 3rd squat hold: My determination to succeed is strong enough 4th sentence for 4th squat hold: I am doing this for me 5th sentence for 5th squat hold: I will not stop until Im done 6th sentence for 6th squat hold: I just killed my workout
