DAY 15...GET RIPPED ABS Challenge! Time to start YOUR week off right... 15 reps each leg of knees in and out alternating (lay on back and hug right knee in to chest as your left leg is an inch above the floor straight, switch legs...REPEAT 14 times each), 15 reps Standing high knees up and out to side to work obliques (stand tall with elbows bent and out to sides, bring right knee up very high to touch right elbow and switch to left knee high to meet left elbow...REPEAT 14 times each), 15 Cross punches double time (stand in squat stance with feet hip width apart, punch right arm across your chest 2 times then switch to left arm..REPEAT 14 times each) and Full plank hold (straight arms, up on toes in push up position) count aloud to 30 seconds...REPEAT all four exercises 3 more times. Are your ABS feeling TIGHT and RIGHT??! They should...GREAT JOB!
