DAY 16 GET RIPPED ABS Challenge: 15 reps each side of Tiger pose (on all fours, stretch your right arm out straight by your ear as you lift your left leg at the same time, alternate to other side...ENGAGE your abs so you dont fall over), 15 reps each side of Alternating Supermans (lay on stomach with arms straight above head and legs straight as you lift your right leg and left arm up at the same time, switch), 15 reps of Full Extension Plank alternating each knee in 4 times before switching to other knee (in full plank position...push up position, bring right knee in high to chest 4 times then switch to left knee, REPEAT) and 15 reps each side of Bicycle crunches (bring opposite elbow to OUTSIDE of opposite knee while other leg is straight and LOW to the ground)...REPEAT all four exercises 3 more times. FAMAZING WORK!!! YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY TO RIPPED ABS!
