DAY 18 of GET RIPPED ABS Challenge...PLANK DAY! 15 reps each side of Side planks (lay on right side w/elbow bent and stack legs onto of one another, lift top hip up and leave right leg down w/knee bent for modified version...lift hips up and down 15 times then switch to other side), 20 second Full extension plank hold (with straight arms push yourself up into a push up position, keeping your neck straight and HOLD) count ALOUD for 20 seconds, Prone-iso abs hold for 30 seconds (on forearms with neck straight, bring yourself up onto your toes...modified is on your knees, do NOT cross ankles) count ALOUD for 30 seconds and 15 reps alternating straight legs of Full extension plank hold (in a full plank, lift left foot an inch above floor, place back down and repeat with right foot...perform with each leg 15 times)...REPEAT all FOUR PLANKS 3 more times. YOU DID IT!!!! HAPPY PLANK DAY TO YOU...BOOM!
