DAY 20 #ACROVINYASA December Fish - Spotting BASE: From Back Bird, bend your knees to create space for flyer to thread their arms though your legs. Keep your feet soft and receptive. FLYER: From backbird, interlace fingers and thread your arms through base’s legs. Open the chest and tilt the head back into a deeper backbend. Extend your legs fully and squeeze the legs together. If this is too strong, cross one ankle over the other and squeeze the legs together to take pressure of lower back. SPOTTER: Stand alongside flyer in a comfortable but alert stance. As flyer transitions, place one hand underneath flyers hips/upper thighs and the other on flyers upper back. Check for alignment, be the voice of communication and bring flyer and base back into balance when necessary.
