DAY 24 OF MY JOURNEY TO SERENITY. Confirmation!!! At the beginning of this year, I decided that I was going to start Red Couch Confessions. Initially, I was set on it being something interesting and the ladies that got involved had similar thoughts. There were days that I felt that I was just going to walk away from it because it just wasnt doing what I WANTED it to do. It wasnt reaching the people that I felt would benefit the most. I was even feeling like a failure. Over the last few months, Ive been forced to FACE ME. And God SHOWED me what HE WANTED. HE sent me confirmation after confirmation, yet I continued to feel as if I had failed in what I WANTED to put out. The first day of filming was amazing for me. BUT TODAY SEALED MY FATE. I receive over and over again that this will be more than just a show on YOUTUBE. It will CHANGE LIVES. WE WILL REACH MILLIONS on YOUTUBE and I ACCEPT THAT THIS SHOW IS NOT MEANT TO BE PUT IN A BOX. The many gains and losses along the way, I have come to accept them. I have come to understand that it is NOT ME. THIS IS THE WORK OF GOD. I HAVE PROBABLY SAID THIS A MILLION TIMES AND I WILL PROBABLY SAY IT A MILLION MORE. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR EVERY PERSON THAT HAS HAD AN EFFECT ON WHAT THIS SHOW IS TO BE AND FOR WHAT WE ARE TO BE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. I RECEIVE IT.
