DAY 28 – Relax IV Well, this is the last Sunday of the challenge and I have left the best bit for today: Corpse pose or Savasana. Its the end of the asana practice, the moment for letting everything go and enjoying the present. Step 1: Find a silent corner at your place and lie on your back to the ground. Step 2: Put a folded blanket underneath your head and lengthen the back of your neck so that chin moves closer to the chest. Try to relax your body, your feet are falling to the sides, hands are next to your body with palms facing up and your chest is free and open. Step 3: Quickly check if you feel any tension in any muscle. (With trying to squeeze the muscle and holding it until a count of 3 will help you release.) Step 4: Just observe your breath, watch your tummy rising and falling and how your breath slows down second by second. Check your mind, observe if you have any thoughts and if you are able to let them go.
