DAY 3 - COLORED DOT WORKOUT I love using the colored dots as a workout and so do the girls! Kids will absolutely fall in love with this workout game. After I got done doing the video for this workout, the girls asked to do a workout with me so we had fun coming up with new ways to use them. Remember you can use plastic cups or disposable cups for this workout, only cost you about $3 for a sleeve of them and you will have endless ways to create workouts for just pennies! No equipment, no problem! In the following video, I did not break in between exercises just to give you an idea of what you can do with the dots however I enjoy doing 3 different exercises first and then taking a little break. For example: Cardio: Burpee Hops for 45 seconds Strength: Jump Squats for 45 seconds Core: Walking Plank: 45 seconds Rest: 45 seconds REPEAT with same exercises or choose 3 new cardio, strength & core exercises.
