DAY 3 is DONEZO!! My legs are still a little sore from this last weekends half marathon.. so what do we do?? Lower Body Fix!! I was drenched in this workout and it was tough but I loved EVERY flippin second of it! I had to modify a couple of the lunges because I have zero balance but I kept pushing on! 18 Days to go!!
