DAY 30 – Meditate This is the last day of the Stretch out September Yoga Challenge. Well done to all of you and I truly hope that you have found at least one thing throughout this month that you could bring along and use also in the future. I really appreciate that you have been with me during this month. :) Our last exercise is called Meditate. I do not expect you to start meditating now, all I am asking is just to try find 5 mins of your day and sit down or lie down (absolutely up to you) in a comfortable position. Close your eyes, observe your breath for a minute and then then observe your thoughts that appear in your mind. It does not matter if you catch yourself creating your next day to do or shopping list. It is absolutely fine. Observe these thoughts, embrace them and then gently try to let them go. Enjoy these 5 mins with the best company ever, with yourself. Namaste :) youtube/watch?v=50_p7H-OYlk
