DAY 39 – Friday 11.14.14: -WEIGHT: 283.6lbs – up 0.2lb (17.0lbs total lost this far.) -GOAL: 165lbs, healthy and in shape -WATER CONSUMPTION: 155 ounces -ACTIVITY: Walked 1.2 miles and cleaned my office -FOOD: ---1 cup hot green tea ---Fiber cereal, blackberries and almond milk ---2 cups Organic Power Greens Blend (baby spinach, red and green chard, baby kale), ½ cup chopped red and orange bell peppers, ½ cup sliced Persian cucumbers, ¼ cup chopped green onions, 4oz chicken breast, 1 tbsp of raw sunflower nuts, 1.5 tbsp Shitake Sesame vinaigrette ---Grilled Chicken Sandwich with bacon, mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion with tater tots (Friday night treat! :) ) -KISS MY ASS DAILY PAT ON THE ASS: ---It’s been a pretty rough week for me so I’m just happy the way things are going.
