DAY 4 - SKIPPING ROPE WORKOUT As many of my bootcampers know I LOVE SKIPPING! I love the portability, convenience and especially the cardiovascular and muscular strengthening workout it gives me! I know a lot of people shy away from skipping as they cant do it but I am here to tell you with a little practice it is most definitely possible and you will appreciate your efforts with the results you see! This workout not only includes skipping but some muscular strengthening and at the end of the video I give you some options for different levels of fitness. This is another great workout to get the kids being active with you in a fun way!
