DAY 4 OF PASTORAL PRAYER AND INTERCESSION FOR YOU FOR 2015 (Friday 15th January) 1 John 2:15-17 “Dont love the world, neither the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Fathers love isnt in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, isnt the Fathers, but is the worlds. The world is passing away with its lusts, but he who does Gods will remains forever.” 2 Timothy 4:10 “For Demas left me, having loved this present world, …….” PRAYER AND INTERCESSION AGAINST THE LAW OF THE WORLD Heavenly Father, I thank you for your charge that prayers be made for everyone ….. That we may live peaceable and quite lives in all godliness and holiness. I therefore pray today for your people that there shall be may be a re-alignment from every worldly mentality. Let them escape from every worldly pollution. Let not the world consume your people Lord. I bind the spirit that gripped Demas from overwhelming the lives of your chosen people that they will not fall in love with the world and backslide. You spirit of lust forcefully advancing in order to stick yourself forcefully on God’s people with or without them even knowing it, GO! LEAVE THEM! Leave church members and ministers and all those reading this post and are affected by your influence. Leave their children! Leave their spouses, leave their marriages! I decree that the snare is broken and they will not backslide. Worldliness will not cause them to leave the church, their families or marriages etc in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ,! Have mercy Lord and hear my prayer dear Lord, Grant them a DESIRE TO FEAR YOUR NAME Lord let the world become LOATHSOME to your people; Let there be a through sweeping and cleansing of your house and GUARD them with your jealous eye. Let it not happen as it is written ; “But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, the dog [is] turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.” 2Peter 2:22 Thank you for your ears that are open and attentive to our prayers.
