October 29, 2013 17.30 - Dima Litvinov has been presented with hooliganism charges by Russias Investigative Committee. 13.40 - Russian freelance photographer Denis Sinyakov and Greenpeace International activist Anthony Perrett have been presented with hooliganism charges by Russias Investigative Committee. 12.00 - Russian Federation Council member Vadim Tyulpanov appeals to the Prosecutor Generals Office to consider releasing the Russian photographer who was arrested during last months Greenpeace protest in the Arctic, saying the journalist shouldnt be in jail for doing his job.
