DAY 5: Super Saturday! Posting ahead so I dont forget :) 1. Pivoting center squat to runners lunge. Left center right = 1 do this 20 times. If you have to break it up, no problem. You are getting cardio, strength and flexibility from this one! 2. Bicycle - on your back or advanced V-sit x30 3. Ballet barre style butt pulse x 15 on each side 4. Pushup to side plank (2 pushups and a plank on either side = 1) x 10 Keep your eating as healthy as possible this weekend! Strive for perfection 80% of the time :)
