DAY 6- RENO RECAP Ok lets just address the bad right outta the gate, so that we can put it behind us and get to all of the good. A power outage in the venue 5 minutes before showtime and everyone chasing their tails, and from a technical standpoint that was hard to recover from. After a 10 minute delay in rebooting the audio, we were finally up and running, but damn that can be so anti-climactic. The Reno lineup featured a great array of bands representing the local scene, and the turnout was pretty decent considering this community just wrapped up two huge festivals including Burning Man. Shatterbox kicked off the night, and though they were the band most affected by the band audio, these youngsters never missed a beat. Up Against It-UAI are the local vets, and their punked out world is something that everyone should experience. Sinister Scene was the last of the locals and brought the metal, and rounded out the night, making this humpday a little bit better than all the others As for tonights PIAA bands... DiM. was outstanding during their final performance of the tour, and will most definitely be missed. End ever departs us for a week but will return for a couple of dates including their official release party on Fri Sept 12, live from their hometown of Billings, MT. (Mark your calendars folks... Year after year, the Billings show is one of the best on the tour) Tonight also saw the addition of two of PIAAs very best. Former Project Independent Featured Artists, Aghori and element a440 join the Living Loud tour and will be gracing the stage night after night thru Saturday Sept 13. Folks, our great country is full of talent that most dont even know exists. Were about to fix that bullshit!!! Tomorrow were at The Shredder in BOISE, IDAHO with the folks from Metal Ed Productions. The lineup includes: American Roulette(OR) Fate Bringer Aghori The Fallen Idols Element a440 *NOTE - TIME ZONE CHANGE Showtime at 7:00pm mountain time / 9:00pm eastern
