DAY 8: Its been a week since I began the 12-in-24 challenge. It hasnt been as hard as I thought it would be to stick to working out. I have drank nothing but water, other than my morning coffee and my evening green tea. Ive been taking my vitamins and watching my diet, focusing on protein and fiber. I guess Ill find out at tomorrows weigh-in whether all my efforts have paid off. For now, its time for some cardio. Have a blessed day, everyone! : D
