This Trough, like the one mid week after Tuesday, brought with it Winds up to 110km/h, Snow and Rain. Damage was minimal, or less than what has been observed at other times during the last 8 days. The Front itself also moved through Central New South Wales, Sydney, and Northern New South Wales, bringing Gusts up to 100km/h in Sydney. While in Northern New South Wales, some convection made between clashing Warm and Cold Air lead to a Squall Line that brought Damaging Winds and Large Hail to mainly around Tamworth. In the Alps, Wind Chill was a huge factor again, with it feeling up to 8ºc Colder than what it already was. Temperatures of around -3.5ºc at Thredbo, felt more like -12ºc. While at times in Canberra, 6ºc was feeling closer to 0ºc. Speaking of Canberra, it may have reached 11ºc yesterday, but that was at 10:30am. By 11:30am it had dropped to just 6ºc, after that point it was fluctuating between 5 and 6ºc for the rest of the day. Another big drop includes Blackheath in the Blue Mountains, West of Sydney where it dropped from 9.2ºc at 2pm to 1.5ºc at 4pm, and then shortly before Sundown, it started to snow.
