DAY FOUR: SNACK AWAY! Theres a lot of temptation around this month; opened tubs of chocolates, mince pies, office buffets! Well give yourself the best possible chance of not overdosing on the above by keeping yourself nice and satisfied throughout the day by consuming protein as snacks. Cooked meats, fish, nut butter, greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, almonds, boiled eggs are all good and portable snacks. Yes, enjoy the sweets and cakes every now and again. But make sure your go-to snack of choice is protein!
