DAY OF HOPE - Saturday, August 9, 2014 IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER The professional photographers that have taken photos of our student guests for the past two years have just informed us that they will not be able to assist us this year. We are in immediate need of a professional photographer who can assist with this year’s event. They need to have not only the camera equipment but also the backdrop, lighting and printing equipment. If you are a professional photographer or know of one who is interested in volunteering for this amazing event please email Lynne Truschel at ltruschel5@aol. VOLUNTEERS We are still in need of about 100 volunteers to assist us on Saturday August 9th. DONATION OPPORTUNITIES We are in the process of collecting various school supplies for Day of Hope. Our needs are as follows: Composition Notebooks Colored Markers Notebook Paper Colored pencils (12 count) Glue sticks Pink Erasers Scissors 2 pocket 3 pronged folders We are also collecting new sneakers and new socks for both girls and boys that are elementary school age. There will be a table under the tree beginning July 6th to receive your donations, sign up volunteers and/or to answer any questions you may have regarding Day of Hope.
