DAY ONE OF THE FIVE DAY CHALLENGE. ALIENS Friends and incredible illustrators, Matthew Stewart and Jeff Miracola challenged me to share 3 pieces of art a day for 5 days as well as nominate another artist each day to do the same. Thanks guys. Grateful to be invited. Thought I would start this challenge off with something near and dear to my heart. My love of aliens. Whenever I get to design and paint one for fun or for a client I recall that scene from Star Trek VI: Undiscovered Country, where the alien gets kicked in what we think are its knees. After seeing the beast moaning in pain, a female alien says to Kirk Not everyone keeps their genitals in the same place. That still makes me laugh. Ok on with the art.
