DAY THREE!!! For today, I tried to mix things up a little. Modify if you need to, but do it. CONSISTENCY IS WHAT WILL GET YOU RESULTS! Each exercise is only for one minute and anyone can do something for a minute, right? Concentrate on completing it one exercise at a time. If you want to amp things up, try doing an extra minute of one of the exercises or even do the entire thing twice...or move up your weights if you feel you are ready. WHAT DOESNT CHALLENGE YOU, DOESNT CHANGE YOU! Enjoy your day! :)
