DAYSPRING TODAY SUCCESS AND LEADERSHIP Successful leadership is a rigorous task. It is more than theory. It involves daily practicality, openness and continuous adjustment. The truth is: our society is tired of theoretical leadership. Great leaders are imperfect, but opened people. We need open leaders, people who are real and practical. Camouflage leadership is a burden to the followers. Proverbs 10:17 says, “a country is fortunate to have a king who makes proper decisions and leaders who eat at the proper time, who control themselves and don’t get drunk.” We need leaders who will not cover their errors and see themselves above the law. Leaders who can tell their followers, ‘I am sorry’ when they go astray. More than ever before, we need parents, supervisors, managers, celebrities, company owners, religious, as well as political leaders, who can ask for pardon over their own mistakes. We need leaders who can call for help in their time of falling. The hallmark of leaders is their legacy and success.
