Candidates must be highly self-directed Superior communication skills required Strong familiarity with RUP required BAs will work with PM to refine statements of work for the projects with delivery parameters, high-level scope, resource needs, cost and timing etc. PM will assign BA’s to a project(s) and ask them to work with SMEs to develop a BRD (Business Requirements Document) Experience with Use Case diagrams, Context Diagrams and Activity diagrams also required
