DBS not the first time there has been a credit card fraud. I also kena in Feb, the customer service is horrible, instead of assuring the customers that we will get the money back, the branch manager assured me that I probably accidentally bought something. Like anyone would accidentally buy an air ticket in Europe while sleeping in Singapore? After a week my money crept back to the bank, no follow up by DBS or any form of apologies.
