DDB Supporters for the Resignation of the Founder/CEO An additional update. DDBs rescue coordinator claims they have scheduled a meeting with the Sheriff of Clallam County Ron Peregrin, at 9am, Dec 5. There are a couple of problems. First, Bill Benedict is the head sherrif, not Ron Peregrin. Secondly, according to the letter attached, he has no jurisdiction in Forks and has been directing people to the police chief of Forks, Rick Bart. Same with the county attorney, meeting set up but he also has no jurisdiction. Theyll end up spending thousands on the trip and setting up useless meetings with the wrong authorities. Our opinion is that they have been unable to schedule meetings with the Forks police chief, city attorney, and the mayor and that these other meetings are meant to be a face-saving stunt, hoping that people will not know the difference.
