DDT HEALTH CHALLENGE: WHATS YOUR GOAL FOR ARUBA?? HAPPY SUNDAY DDT PEOPLE!! We are 3 1/2 months out from our EXCITING Trip to Aruba. I know some of you are in the Gym getting ready to put the Island on SMASH!! And some are just waiting for the last 2-3 weeks to binge out to fit into their Bathing suits. LOL It happens EVERY Year! Lori, one of our DDT Talented People, is a Fitness Trainer and asked that we each set up a Health Challenge to help us all get there HEALTHY and FIT! If you are Bold enough, put up what your challenge is between now and Aruba and we will see where we are when we get there. I had Rotator Shoulder Surgery and gained 17 lbs since July. I lost 6 already and want to be lose 6 more by July plus add some Muscle. Thats my Goal. Whats yours??? Lori said make your goals SMART: S-specific, how many workouts per week, eliminate white foods, M-measurable -get to size 4 or whatever A-attainable-must have flexibility if youre too aggressive ex. daily 3 hr workouts you wont do it. R-realistic. - goal shouldnt be to all be shaped like Mr.or Ms. Universe & of course T-timely by the time our feet hit the sand. This is going to be fun. Time for me to work on routines which burns butt. Douginess
