DEADLIFTS NOT about the weight but the fact that every part of the movement felt strong. So I posted last week that I had been training stiff leg deads w over over grip for a few months. I had my first traditional dling session last week. My second was yesterday.. ~last week I noticed the grip/ fingers felt so much stronger ~this week my core/hammies felt super strong..and thats a big deal for me...me legs are my weak spot. I felt so balanced thru the full movement pattern..felt guuud! :) my session was 20 min of this super-set... 6-1 Handstand push ups 6-1 DL 135-215 just felt strong. #shepulls #babygotback #movementfirst #deadliftsmakemethick :) #deadlifts keep me strong Love getting better at movement, working my weakness...stronger
