DEADLINE EXT. to TUES 30JUL 2013: OPEN CALL for PERFORMANCES, SOUND/MUSIC, FASHION and ARTWORKS for HARD CAMP A cum-temporary performance club-night at the provocative crossroads of fetish and camp - Curated by CUNTemporary - Saturday 17 August 2013 h. 18:30 – 02:00 @ Resistance Gallery, 265 Poyser Street, Bethnal Green London E2 9RF HARD CAMP will be a pop-up exhibition, fashion show, performance event and club night with live music, Djs and dance. The exhibition will include performances and artworks installed in different locations of the venue. For this event we want to fuse and intertwine two seemingly contradicting aesthetics: leather-fetish and glittery-‘camp’. The exhibition will include a variety of media and art practices from London and abroad. The selected artists should aim to create a dialogue between camp and fetish aesthetics.
