DEAR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS, AND FRIENDS OF HAPPY DOGS IN CUENCA Happy Dogs in Cuenca (HDiC) needs to ask for your attention on a recurring issue. That is, many well-meaning animal lovers contact us regularly about matters that are outside of our area of focus. HDiC focuses completely on organizing spay and neuter clinics for pet owners who are unable to afford such services. That is really all we do, and that is all we are able to do. Nonetheless, well-meaning animal lovers contact us regularly about other issues such as rescuing dogs and cats, helping a lost or injured animal found in the streets, placing orphaned dogs and cats in new homes, finding vet services for pets, and many other pet-related issues. We care so much about all these issues, and we appreciate the thoughtful nature of these requests, but our staff and budget is so limited we are simply not able to help with these other issues. We must respectfully request that those who have such issues seek help where it is available. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. We wish we could help every pet in need, but unfortunately we simply do not have the resources to do so. So please remember: Happy Dogs Is Our Name, Spay and Neuter Is Our Game!! :-)
