DEAR MCDONALDS ON HWY 1/MLK I WISH THAT I CAN SAY I WILL NEVER EAT AT MCDONALDS AGAIN OR EVEN AT YOUR LOCATION BUT THAT WOULD BE A LIE! I DONT SUPPOSE TO EAT IT ANYWAY BUT ANY HOW I HAVE S FEW REQUESTS! FIRST DONT CHARGE ME FOR A UPGRADE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION I KNOW ABOUT UPSALING AND I UNDERSTAND THAT BUT YOU ASK ME FIRST! AND THEN WHEN I QUESTION YOU ABOUT IT YOU TELL ME OH THATS BECAUSE YOU GOT A LG SWEET TEA BUT THATS NOT WHAT I ORDERED THEN ROLL YOUR EYES AT ME (thank God Im save) and then management at second window gets mad when I ask for salt and ketchup and shoves it in my hand so hard two of my ketchups fall and she still didnt give me any salt!! Ok breathe Mary Boone!! I know its hoit and everybody has an attitude but when you work in the public and fixing people food and they are paying their money there is a certain way you treat people!! GREENVILLE need some major customer service adjustments!!! Im up for it!!! Who do I talk to!! Signed #bestcsmever
