Again a complaint was received on dated 1st, December,2014 (Copy enclosed) from J.S.Matharu district in charge Hoshiarpur that Col.Baldev Singh has indulged into indiscipline and anti party activity by convening unauthorized meetings of party. He enclosed copy of media report published in Punjabi Ajit dated 30th, November, 2014 (Copy enclosed). The above complaint was marked for inquiry to Jashandeep Singh Sandhu member state Disciplinary/ Grievance committee who has submitted his report(Copy of Inquiry report enclosed). Again a complaint (Copy enclosed) was received from Yamini Gomar pointing out indiscipline and anti party activities of Col.Baldev Singh and Iqbal Singh of Hoshiarpur and requested for speedy disciplinary action. The perusal of above complaints and the inquires conducted by two different members of Complaints/Grievance committee establishes beyond doubt that Col.Baldev Singh and Iqbal Singh of Hoshiarpur have indulged into indiscipline and anti party activities by holding parallel meetings of the party, running parallel office of party at Budh Ram Colony unauthorisedly and also going to press and media to tarnish the image and reputation of party and its leaders. 1. The above activities of Col.Baldev Singh and Iqbal Singh are against the code of conduct of Aam Aadmi Party and amounts to indiscipline and anti party activities. 2. Col.Baldev Singh and Iqbal Singh are being served show cause notices (Copies enclosed) asking them to explain the misconduct/ anti party activities within 3 days of receipt of these Notices. 3. Col.Baldev Singh and Iqbal Singh are also temporarily suspended from the party membership and are advised to refrain from representing the party in any form or at public forums till the time the above matter is fully resolved. 4. Col.Baldev Singh and Iqbal Singh are further advised to shut down the unauthorized office of AAP being run from Budh Ram Colony Hoshiarpur immediately.
