DEBATE TIME. Has anyone recently been going through the same feelings I have where they are not so much falling out of love with City but just falling out of love for the whole sport? Fifa and UEFA are corrupt. Social media is full of deluded, hypocritical idiots. Even within this group if there is a difference in an opinion there is a massive load of slander. Footballers paid millions of pounds a year to kick around a collection of air and leather. In the normal working world if your work isnt satisfactory you get disciplined or possibly sacked yet in football you can always start again at a new club with a lucrative new contract. Football shirts get more expensive each year. Each match comes with a hashtag. This post isnt about City. Its about football in general. Because Ill just say this now to clarify. I dont reminisce so much about old City. Id much prefer us to have the likes of Sergio Aguero than Lee Bradbury. But I dont have the same affection as I used to have when I was growing up.
