DEBSWANA DIAMOND COMPANY ASSEST MANAGEMENT ENGINEER-EMV WORKSHOP FACILITIES REF;DCC 0000066 Job Summary To develop ,coordinate and oversee the engineering maintenance,projects and activities in the mining earthmoving fleet workshops facility to ensure achievement or st business objectives and deliver a safe and efficient working environment.Establish,manage and Coordinate all mining infrastructure service providers and maintenance contractors.Comtinous improve and develop the facilities to remain world class facilities. Minimum Requirements •Degree in an Engineering discipline-Mechanical,Electrical or Control & Instrumentation •8 years post qualification experience in a large scale mining environment with at least 4 years involving earthmoving fleet engineering,maintenance and operations,managing multiple facilities and staff at a substantive Engineering Management level •Project Management experience of small works projects including engagement and management of external contractors. •Asset management with sound technical knowledge of maintenance programs,essential services and preventative and reactive maintenance. •Ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on customer services.
