DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE. (To be upgraded.) I HEREBY ANNOUNCE THAT I AM SEIZING ALL OF THE ELLIOT RIVER CATCHMENT LAND, APOLLO BAY, VIC, AUSTRALIA, HEREIN AFTER NAMED PLACEBO, AND SECEDING FROM THE COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA. This boundary is bordered by the Ocean Road from the Elliot Road to the Parker Ridge track, the Parker Ridge track to the Sandy Ridge track, the Sandy Ridge track to the Elliot Track, the Elliot track to a yet to be named track , along it to the mouth of the Elliot, across the river and up the steps to the Elliot Road back to the Ocean Road This drastic action is taken by me in response to a number of atrocities committed against me by Local, State and Federal governments over many years and the failure to give me a police inquiry into the deaths of SIX of my employees. These were deckhands on my abalone boats, three in boats accidents with two on my boats in separate accidents, and three subsequent suicides beginning in 1970. Only such an inquiry can clear my name. It is NOT nice being branded a serial killer and as long as there is a refusal by the State to give me an inquiry then I can justify stepping outside the law completely because that law is unjust and unfair, as indeed is MOST law a prop to irrational INEQUALITY in the distribution of wealth. I am also demanding TEN MILLION dollars in compensation for theft of my property by the State and Federal government and private individuals, as well as for enormous emotional duress suffered by me over FORTY years.. I would strongly advise against ANY police or military action to rescind what is now MY property.. The fledgling State is NOT subject to Australian Law, eg Visa requirements.
