DECREE AND DECLARE Job. 22:28. Formerly decrees were laws made by Kings, military regimes and high ranking state officials especially autocrats and carry strong binding power. Decrees are still powerful laws that demands the highest level of obedience. Therefore being given the authority (the right use of power) by no ordinary person but God is an opportunity to the ensure right things happen. Its powerful and needs no negotiations for implementation. The person making the decree must be in a position of power and authority to do so. You have the power and authority to make decree and expect that they will be carried out. You shall decree, the power is yours, state your case and write out the conditions regarding your home, family, ministry, education, business and all that concern you and they shall be established. The words that you speak will be established that means it will be manifested, revealed and shown to be true, as you have spoken it. Somethings need no prayers but just a decree or declaration and will be done. The time and hour to decree and declare is now.
