DEFAULT, Its not Over, By Any Means! you know, the technology moves us on and so we never get to debate anything, its always on to the next discussion with very little carry-over and minimal discussion or evidence of much thought given to a very real problem. I think the shut-down and attempt at DEFAULT should be uppermost in our thinking, especially on this issue since the Right was never really punished for its violation of the Constitution and willingness to bring government down, not even to consider the impact on the rest of the world. At this stage one wonders when the whole issue comes up again and the beginning of the Year, why we couldnt simply have a repetitition again in February of what we just went through, so that not only will nothing get done--which the Conservative Party seems to see as a goal! because no money gets spent--but again the full faith in Americas ability to pay its debt is raised again, and with the attitude of the Right, could this next time drive us all the way into unchartered waters, and catastrophic implications. Yet, the Democrats have been curiously vapid and uncommunicative on this entire process and the people at large have failed to say, no more! And this lack of courage, this inability to project a rock hard defense against this happening again, only encourages an aggressive, and mindless right to try it again! I am confident that we have not seen the end of the whole debt question or that it will not come up again. The price of our cowardice to elucidate a position with the backing of the people!....
