DEFILEMENT By Said AIi & James Muchai A middle- aged- man appeared in a Kwale court charged with defilement of a 15-year-old girl. Hamisi Hassan Ali appeared before Acting Kwale principal magistrate Ms. Usui Macharia charged that between June 25 and July 15 this year, he defiled the 15- year- old girl at Mamba village in Kwale County. He also faced a second count of indecently assaulting the complainant by touching her private parts. The accused was released on a Sh.50, 000 bond and a surety of the same amount or a Sh15, 000 cash bail. The case will be mentioned on October 1 and fixed for hearing on November 22.
