DEFINATION DETAILS KEY AREAS International Recognition : PCMS is accredited by JAS-ANZ (joint Accreditation System of Australia & New Zealand) for the QMS Certification Programme and applied accreditation for FSMS. Assigned Auditors : PCMS will assign a co-ordinator and lead auditors with specific industry experience who shall be able to offer value-adding auditing, understanding and observation for the period of the certification. Balanced Assessment : Good understanding of the client industry by the auditor. Values adding by ensuring only relevant areas are audited. Thorough, fair and using only experienced auditors. Balanced Reporting : Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats Analysis to enable the client to focus on improving the management system. Empowering Auditors : Letter of recommendation issued at the closing meeting at completion of successful audit. Commitment : Clients agree to scope by signing on Scope form. Clients issued with controlled copies of 3 key PCMS procedure: Description of the (Certification) Scheme, Complaints and Appeals, and Use of Marks and Logo. Use of Marks & Logo : Simple and easily identifiable logo with international standard markings. Flexible : Fit into client’s schedule. Will change certification arrangements with respect to multi-site. Free Preliminary Discussion : At client’s site to discuss how PCMS can be of service also an Introduction to ISO 9000 certification. Cost Effective : No. Extra fees for change of scope (unless special visit required). Local auditors to keep travel and other charges as minimum as possible. Accommodation and other expenses charged at cost. Only pay for visits authorised in the contract.
