One of Larry Hohol’s signature dishes will be featured as an “All you can eat” and “your money back” if you are not happy. Gourmet Tacos: I freshly grind and marinate pork shoulder. A “special” flour tortilla is grilled and covered with a thin coating of re-fried beans. A crispy corn tor...tilla is then place on top of the re-fried beans. Marinated pork, mushrooms (optional), mild taco sauce, cheese, sour cream and finely shredded cabbage are then added. All tacos are served mild allowing the heat to be added by you, to taste. This is my own recipe and has been a big hit with my friends and family. I plan on having plenty of food on hand as we sold out early last week. Please bring your friends and family as well as anyone who may be considering becoming a member. Show them what a great lodge we have.
