DENTAL ASSISTANT - BEXLEY Casual role, immediate start! Job Reference: JO-1408-7881 Busy role in a fast-paced dental practice. Ideal for an experienced DA seeking extra hours! Casual role, initially doing two and a half-days per week initially Located in Bexley, in South Sydney Bexley Dental is committed to exceeding client expectations, and delivering the highest quality dentistry possible. We are currently seeking a bubbly, cheerful and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team in a casual position. This role is ideal for an experienced Dental Assistant seeking more hours! The successful candidate will be friendly and outgoing, and will enjoy dealing with patients and chair-side assisting our dentists to top quality dental care. Initial hours will be Mondays & Thursdays 9am - 5pm, and Saturdays 8am - 1.30pm. From Mid-November, Thursdays and Saturdays will be the required days, with potential for negotiation. Daily tasks and responsibilities include: General chair-side assisting Sterilisation and infection control Preparation of patients and rooms for dental treatment Stock control Patient relations Ad-hoc administration tasks as required The successful applicant will bring to the practice the following attributes: Minimum 1 - 2 years in the dental industry is required Proven ability to cope with high pressure, plus experience to work in a fast-paced environment is essential Previous experience with dental implant procedures will be an advantage Knowledge of Dental 4 Windows software preferred but not essential A caring & reliable, bubbly personality Excellent communication and customer service skills Above all, we are looking for a candidate seeking a challenge and able to work in a very fast paced environment.
