DESCRIPTION: Roswell Mud, Sweat & Tears is Roswell’s First Mud & Obstacle Race. It is an adventurous 1.5 mile or 5K foot race filled with heart pumping obstacles. Challenging enough for the most hardened mud/obstacle run veterans, but also friendly enough for beginners - we’ll have people along the way to help if you need it. Join us for a sweat drenched, mud-slinging, obstacle saturated run through the uncultivated area NW of the Noon Optimist Park. Tap in to the fierceness of your inner Mudder and MUD, SWEAT & a few TEARS! Do it solo or lead your 5 person team into battle. The ultimate FUN in mud obstacle racing. FREE TO SPECTATORS! RUN YOUR RACE: • Individual – you don’t need no stinkin team, you can do this all by yourself! 1.5 or 5K • 5 Person Team – You & 4 of your family or friends & make a 5 man team. Men, Women, kids – do it anyway you want. Or if you want your team to just be you and 1-4 peeps that’s ok too. • ELITE Challenge Runners – So you wanna challenge your friends, your rival school, Police vs Fireman? – let us know about your challenge & you can run in the Elite Challenge! Run as an Individual or with a Team. NOTE: Only Elite Challenge Runners will be WHERE WILL IT TAKE PLACE: Starts at the Noon Optimist Park on the corner of Montana & College Ave. Race takes place in the rugged uncultivated area behind just North West of the park. WHAT DO I GET WHEN I REGISTER? • A number bib • T-shirt (while they last) • A picture of you in front of the Sponsor Board – as evidence you are a true Mudder • Snacks and water at the Runners Hospitality Tent when you cross the finish line. • A chance to prove you’re tougher then the rest! • A great time with family and friends!! HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT TIME I RACE: Runners will run in “waves” every 15-20 minutes starting at the 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. or however long it takes. Times for runs will fluctuate based on number of registered runners.
