Hands on design experience – (2nd Stage interview assessment will involve producing some designs) (on covering letter please state your experience in the above) MAIN JOB REQUIREMENTS AND PERSON SPECIFICATION Education/Qualifications/Training: · Degree/HND/Vocational qualifications is highly desirable - Graphic Design or related subject (Typography + Illustration/Web design) Specific Experience: Required · Be able to manage, develop, motivate and lead an in-house creative design team · Have the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders · Possess a thorough understanding of the marketing and communications function · Have a strong working knowledge of brand development and the creative process · Be knowledgeable on how to deliver integrated campaigns · Have the ability to translate ideas to designers and develop innovative graphics solutions · Ability to generate ideas and concepts · Have extensive knowledge of print and digital design · Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web · Be knowledgeable in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and After Effects as well as intermediate-level IT skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint · Manage multiple projects from concept to completion. · Be able to organise, prioritise and schedule work assignments including events. · Have close attention to detail Desired Abilities/Skills/Knowledge: · Experience in building a brand and the importance of visual identity to a brands success · Be process driven and lead in industry best practices · Competent knowledge about the company and business model Have strong copywriting skills In the first instance please email your CV to [email protected]
