Day after day, month after month, year after year, Peoples has been forced to live next door to a dangerous eyesore on Detroits west side. Now, the place is being used as an illegal dumping ground. According to online records, the house is owned by the City of Detroit. After being contacted by 7 Action News, a city inspector was sent out to the property.
