DEVOLUTION IS THERE TO STAY, WE HAVE TO GUARD IT, says Wamwangi By #BCNcorrespondent Kinuthia Wamwangi, Chair to the Transitional Authority, has maintained that devolution is there to stay and it needs team work to realize its full potential.
