DG of DOFE initiated some drastic steps to correct the ills in the whole process of recruitment. With good sense he delegated power to Directors of various sections prevailing at DOFE. The problem is the officers are not performing their responsibilities & seems finding faults on every Job Order received from companies. The DG should understand that, the ills are within the complicated & impractical FE ACTS..so without overall reforms in the acts & rules, this sector can not see changes..The bitter truth is the favor labor recipient countries are doing to Nepal & Nepali work force is taken for granted. All concerned should understand it very well that, the goodwill that Nepal has earned in Overseas job market is the result of Recruiting agencies relentless effort & the reputation of our people. Simplify & dignify it or face the ordeal as being faced by some of our neighboring countries.. So make no mistake..
