For more information, visit the companys website at ge Posted Position Title: DGS- Advance application Specialist (GE X-Ray - Mammo) Career Level: Experienced Function: Sales Function Segment: Special Sales Group Location: Saudi Arabia U.S. State, China or Canada Provinces: City: Riyadh, Jeddah Postal Code: 11391 Relocation Assistance: No Role Summary/Purpose: Perform onsite advance application trainings of customers who have installed (GE X-Ray Systems - Mammo). Provide continued clinical application support after installation and during the life cycle of the equipment. Support the promotion of (GE X-Ray Systems - Mammo)products by working closely with Imaging manger and Modality specialist selling (GE X-Ray Systems - Mammo) technology. Support the GE X-ray systems mainly Mammo team by performing product demonstrations in the pre- Sales process. Essential Responsibilities: Plan advance clinical application training to customer Support the sales process by giving product demonstrations and clinical support. Support customers and sales team on questions related to applications, Support demonstrations during sales congresses. Provide sales team with Clinical cases and build reference site and show sites and build customer (GE X-Ray Systems - Mammo)user Club. Support and train the Clinical education specialist by conducting regular Calls and follow up on customer escalations. Work closely with Imaging manger to build clinical training plans and execute on it part of Saudi training Institution. Conduct Advance application training to customers to show low dose and focus on Image Quality. Build Key opinion Leader from Saudi customer to gain trust and make sure (GE X-Ray Systems - Mammo) is used safely. Makes the selection of clinical images for the sales library and congresses. works with the Product sales Specialist, Global support team and the local sales Organization to identify key reference sites for new product introductions (NPis). Qualifications/Requirements: Analytical skills to be able to identify customer requirements and adapt training needs, pinpoint technical or application issues for resolution with the technical team. Be able to work autonomously and take initiatives in a fast evolving environment. Have strong training skills to teach customers and sales team on functions and applications in the learning style which suits best the situation. Being able to work under stressful conditions. Need for a strong willingness and focus on customer satisfaction. BsC as certified radiographer specialized IN (GE X-Ray Systems - Mammo)Minimum of 5 years clinical experience with a specialization in (GE X-Ray Systems - Mammo) imaging for at least 3 years. Knowledge of (GE X-Ray Systems - Mammo) imaging and post processing products is an advantage. PC skills with office package are a must. Strong team skills are required. The job requires travel to customer sites allover Saudi Candidates need to comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position - Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines - Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required - Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Intl Law is broken. - Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Intl Law is broken - Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
