Ann Evans has pulled dogs from all over Texas, often under rescue names she was NOT authorized to use. THESE DOGS ARE MISSING & UNACCOUNTED FOR!!! Dogs who went to Ann Evans in the past 6 months or so who have disappeared without a trace. She does live on her parents ranch and it is 5000 acres. So they could be anywhere. She lives in Proctor but has been acquiring dogs Odessa to Tyler, Houston to Dallas since mid-summer. As for their whereabouts, she is a rampant liar and nothing she claims can be believed. Sometimes dogs leave under her name Ann Evans or Ann Rockwall Evans or Sweet Dreams Bully Rescue. She also has used at least two other rescues names she was not authorized to use and other times she has volunteers adopt under their names and turn the dogs over to her. That is why it took time to catch up to her, but even after late August, when shelters and volunteers were being alerted, some still allowed her to take more. The mindset that just getting a dog out is all that matters, never mind what happens to them after and if there is a responsible committed plan for each dog for the rest of their lives or not, greatly enhanced her ability to continue to acquire dogs that have never been accounted for. Of all the dozens and dozens and dozens of pit bulls shes pulled only the fates of TWO are known: Phoebe out of Ft Worth (retuned to FWACC claiming bite and was killed as result) and Poppa out of Smith County then tuned over to Sarah Mazzicchi then turned over to Ann Evans, who abandoned him (re-rescued by AFFT).
