The deadline is soon approaching so apply now :) HRPA Toronto Chapter Scholarship Program is to recognize academic excellence and the leadership of individuals working towards launching a career in the human resource field. Recipients will receive a monetary award of $2,500.00. They also receive a complementary one-year HRPA student membership and an opportunity to participate in the HRPA Annual Conference. Eligibility Requirements To be eligible to apply for the HRPA Toronto Scholarship the student must: • be enrolled in full-time studies focusing on Human Resources Management or Human Resources related field of study (i.e. Labour Relations, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, or Learning and Development, etc.) at the time of their application • be currently in the 3rd year of their program and be entering the final year of their four year program in May or September 2014 • have maintained a minimum GPA of 3.0 or B • have demonstrated leadership through participation, a commitment to excellence and a drive to succeed.
