DID YOU KNOW........ For 40 years, Ms. Shirley Caldwell (Aunt of Jennine Searcy- The Chocolate Factory) has made her FABUOUS Toffee and it has been a sought after staple at the Chocolate Factory in Historic Downtown Paducah. This is a recipe she guarded carefully and would give it but would mistakenly leave an ingredient out. She recently passed it down to her grandaughter who now works at The Chocolate Factory. If you havent delighted your taste buds with this treat yet, it is a must have and perfect for FALL. The store also is a complete candy and cake supply store within the shop. The Chocolate Factory is open from 9 to 4 Monday through Friday, 10 to 4 on Saturday, and closed on Sunday.
